Bedrooms & Bathrooms: -Primary Bedroom suite: A spacious sanctuary with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and large windows overlooking the serene woodland scenery. -Accessible Bedroom: Nestled in a cozy nook, this queen-size bed provides comfort and accessibility, perfect for guests needing easier access. -Third Bedroom (2nd Floor) suite: This room boasts a luxurious king-size bed and includes an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. -Loft: A versatile space with two trundle beds, accommodating up to 4 guests in twin-size beds, ideal for extra guests or children. Loft Access Advisory: The loft is reached by a set of alternating tread stairs — a unique, space-saving design that may feel steep or unfamiliar to some guests. We strongly recommend using the handrails when going up or down. Parents should supervise children closely and encourage young kids to descend backward, like a ladder. These stairs may not be appropriate for toddlers or guests with limited mobility. Kitchen & Dining: The well-equipped kitchen boasts sleek, modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, bathed in natural light from the expansive windows, or gather around the island for a quick bite before hitting the slopes. Wheelchair Accessibility Features: Our property is designed to be accessible and comfortable for all guests. Key features include: -Parking & Entry: An asphalt parking pad with level entry all the way into the house ensures easy access. -Doors & Hallways: The house features 36" doors throughout and wide hallways to maneuver wheelchairs comfortably. -Bathrooms: Both bathrooms on the first floor have roll-in showers. The accessible bathroom is equipped with grab bars around the toilet and in the shower, a roll-under floating sink, and a portable Hoyer lift available on request (guests must bring their own sling). -Accessible Bedroom: This bedroom features a bed with an electric lift, making it convenient for independent transfers or to be used as a changing station for caregivers. -Kitchen: While not specifically designed for wheelchair users, the kitchen has a wide aisle between cabinets, with the microwave and dishes stored in lower cabinets. A Blendtec blender is available for food preparation. Location: Our ski house is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts. Security Features: For your peace of mind, Havarti Haus is equipped with several security features: -Yale Smart Locks: We use smart locks with a unique guest code for each stay, ensuring easy and secure access. -Ring Cameras: Located at the front entrance and the back walk-out, these cameras provide additional security. -Minut Noise & Smoke Monitoring Device: The Minut device monitors both noise and cigarette smoke levels. Built with privacy in mind, it is camera-free and does not record any sound or listen to what guests say or do. It simply tracks sound levels and smoke in the property.
